We are excited to deliver your beautiful handloom sarees to you. This policy outlines the shipping timelines you can expect when placing an order with us.
Shipping Costs
We provide free shipping all over India. For any international orders, charges are applicable at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
The shipping duration will vary for each product and you can find the estimated delivery time for every product in the product description.
Domestic (India): Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, customers will receive their order within 15 to 20 business days according to availability.
International: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, customers will receive their order within 20 to 25 business days according to availability.
Please note: These are estimated timelines and may be subject to unforeseen delays due to factors beyond our control, such as occasional service disruptions by courier services. Customers will be informed if any production delays occur; no order cancellations will be done since sarees are made to order.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. We recommend being available at the destination address during courier service timings (ideally 9am to 7pm IST). In case of receiver unavailability, the courier executive will attempt to call you. If unreachable, the parcel will be left at the nearest hub. If the courier returns, a shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted if you wish to cancel the order.
