We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you are unhappy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange an item.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Please note, for customisations, we do not accept returns if the size ordered by the customer is incorrect. To understand your perfect size please refer to our size guide. One inch difference will always be there since these are not made according to individual measurements. We suggest you to take the larger size if not sure about the measurements for alterations.
Damaged Items / Wrong Items
While opening the package, please make an unpacking video of the received parcel. Record the package from every angle and show the sealed packet on camera along with the printed shipment label. Record the unpacking of the product and check it thoroughly. If a defect is noted, please record the same clearly on camera. Ensure that the video shot is uncut and shot continuously without any editing.
Return Process
Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at tanustudio9@gmail.com or our WhatsApp for quick resolution.
Request Approval: In your message, please specify the reason for your return/exchange and include your order number and unpacking video. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Return Shipping: If your return is approved, the customer needs to courier back the product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items sent by us.
Return Shipment: Please securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided by our team. Use India Post courier service only for shipment; a courier charge of maximum Rs. 100 will be paid to the customer.
Processing: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return/exchange criteria.
Refund / Exchange: If your return is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you once the return is processed within 5 business days. If the product is not available, we will initiate a refund within 2 working days.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to deny return or exchange requests that do not comply with our return policy.
- You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- We understand that in some cases, you may not like the product received or feel the product is different from what was shown. However, we have a strict NO RETURN policy in such cases.
- Products with beads and sequences may have them come off during handling and shipping. Returns cannot be accepted in such cases.
- International payments are non-refundable in any case. Please order mindfully.
