Return & Exchange

No returns on customised orders, or on an incorrect size chosen by the customer.
Damaged or wrong item: please share a clear, unedited unpacking video showing the sealed parcel and the defect.

Return shipping is arranged by the customer (except for wrong or damaged items) using India Post; a ₹100 courier charge is reimbursed.
Approved replacements are dispatched within 5 business days of the returned item being received and checked.
Where a replacement is unavailable, eligible refunds are processed within 2 working days.
